  • Private Area access and use data: user identifier, protected credentials, authentication logs, date and time of access and actions performed.
  • Commercial relationship data accessible through the Private Area: orders, documents, invoices, transaction records and statistics.
  • Technical and browsing data: IP address, browser, device details, identifiers, technical logs and cookie preferences.
  • Marketing communications data: contact details and records evidencing consent, objection or unsubscribe requests.
  • When the data are not obtained directly from the data subject, as is the case for users of the Private Area who are registered by the client company for which they work, such data are provided by that company and are limited to identification, professional contact and access data.
  • Professional and business relationship data: company name, job title, department, business contact details, supplier number and contractual, commercial, administrative and operational information related to the provision of services or supply of goods.

With regard to contact forms, the following should be noted:
